When you arrive, show your ticket to the volunteer or staff member. Your ticket can be on your phone or printed. Both work the same way.
Option 1: Add your ticket to your mobile wallet
This is the fastest and easiest option. Once added, your tickets are available even without internet.
Apple devices
1. Open your ticket email using Safari.
2. Tap Add to Apple Wallet and follow the prompts.
Android devices
1. Tap Add to Google Wallet in the ticket email.
2. Follow the instructions to save your ticket.
Adding your ticket to your wallet means you will not need to search your inbox at the gates.
Option 2: Show the ticket from your email
1. Open the ticket email on your phone.
2. Open the attached PDF containing the QR code.
3. Show the QR code to the volunteer or staff member for scanning.
Option 3: Print your ticket
1. Open the ticket email and print the attached ticket or tickets.
2. Bring the printed copy to the event.
3. Show the QR code to the volunteer or staff member for scanning.
